SynGen specializes in modified chemistries. Our staff of chemists can reproducibly deliver quality modified oligonucleotide products.

1. Wobbles, Mixed Bases and “Spiked” Positions:

Standard mixed bases are available at no extra charge. For an extra charge you may specify a spiking percentage of any standard base mixture at any position, in full percentages only. Guaranteed precision is +/- 5 %.

2. Minor Base Additions:

Selection includes, but is not limited to DMT-dI, DMT-dU, (DMT)-5-Br-dU, (DMT)-5-Br-dC(Bz), (DMT)-5-Me-dC(Bz), etc. Pricing at the 100nmole scale is $ 10.00 per addition for DMT-dI and DMT-dU, and $ 15.00 per addition for all others.

3. Labels and Linkers:

Please inquire about options not listed below. Purification is recommended for modified oligos. HPLC purified oligos are delivered within four working days. QPC within three working days.  Pricing is per addition for 100 - 200 nmole scale synthesis.
